Real Fitness Sarasota is looking for an individual with a drive to learn, teach and grow in the fitness industry. This is not a “clock in/clock out” position.

 We require someone who can lead large groups, connect with our members, show an interest in their journey and be a part of the less glamorous work of cleaning, sales and events. This is a TEAM position. 

We pride ourselves on providing a fun atmosphere, a supportive team and an opportunity to be creative in your work environment. 

Specifically, we are interested in an opening (5am-10am) shift or a closing shift (4-8pm).
