• Upload a video of one coach every month (Silver Plan) or two coaches every month (Gold Plan.)
  • We’ll watch the video and evaluate the coach using our 17-Point Inspection tool.
  • We’ll identify the best opportunity for professional growth.
  • We’ll suggest resources to get them there.

Elementary school ruined you on evaluation.

Evaluation isn’t negative.

An evaluation is an assessment tool, and it’s good for both the gym owner and the coach.

An evaluation will prioritize the best opportunities for development. “Here’s where you’re weakest, and here’s how we can help”–just like when teaching a client to squat.

Third, it’s a way to track a coach’s development, or identify common gaps among your team. If they’re knowledgeable but not joyful, how can you fix the problem? If none can explain your programming to their class (“Why this workout? Why today?”) you’ve identified a way to immediately improve your practice.

Evaluations are even better (and easier) when done by an objective source. We recommend each coach be evaluated every three months. And we can do it for you: upload a video of your coach leading a typical class. We’ll watch; grade them on our 17-Point Inspection (below); identify greatest opportunities for improvement; and suggest resources to help.
